  • Defines exactly what specific goals your organization is looking to achieve as it pertains to players or guests and the customer relationship. 

This will include outlining your ideal customer and defining who they are. We work to identify what you can offer in the customer relationship that they would be attracted to, and how to continually be able to offer what they want as market dynamics change.

  • Specifically evaluate with management current challenges and opportunities regarding patron development. 

This includes identifying the reasons why customers may not be attracted specifically to your business.  Additional information is compiled about the customer relationship by including surveys, identifying market trends, analyzing competition, and through the creation of “out of the box ideas”.  We explore what is and how to build upon an effective customer relationship building campaign that really works. Close attention is paid to the motivation of the front line staff of what it will take to personally connect to your guest/player delivering tangible results.

  • Craft a “plan of action” to roll out to all those individuals and departments that have a direct impact in order to achieve exemplary service and improve the customer relationship.

Upon gathering all the necessary facts from the various fact finding methods, specific goals are decided upon and a detailed plan is developed with management that will meet these goals.  The “SMART” goal formula (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time sensitive) will be used as the bases of the action plan for each individual goal. The coach assists in making sure management has addressed all relevant areas and that the process is moving toward completing the plan. The coach ensures that management is demonstrating accountability for the follow through.

  • Develop an easy and direct form of feedback to continually monitor the results that are being achieved.

The coach assists management in creating an effective feedback program that will directly offer the tools to monitor the effectiveness of the plan. As the market changes so must management and the employee efforts to meet these demands.  Together we create a program that is designed to monitor the effectiveness of the implemented methods.  Independent follow- up directly with the guests/player to measure customer satisfaction levels will also include reviewing the effectiveness of the host or in-house sales rep.

  • Create a method where required changes or necessary actions take place to keep performance at the highest levels as it pertains to the customer relationship.

Working with management, a detailed process is developed to determine what changes are required to take place based upon the feed back in order to maximize performance.  The changes will then be altered in the overall action plan as required to create an audited workable updated version.
