Aronson is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and the President of Synergy Coaching Services, LLC, a successful business and life coaching company that has been partnering with clients in solving challenges, defining goals, strategizing for success, offering motivation, accountability, and personal fulfillment since 2005. Mr. Aronson is a Graduate of Coach University's Core Competencies and Advanced Coaches Programs, which are accredited programs for Business & Personal Coaching. He is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the most well-known and respected coaching organization in the world. Mr. Aronson received a BA degree in Business Management from The University of Hartford with coursework in Hospitality Management from Holyoke Community College.  He has participated in various coaching/management training programs including Franklin Covey’s “Achieving Your Highest Priorities”, a workshop for time life management, Bill Murray and Associates Management Consultants, “Management for Effectiveness Management Training” Landmark Education Forum, and Anthony Robbins, “Unleash The Power From Within” a 4 day seminar based on personal and professional growth strategies.  He currently works with private clients including business owners, sales professionals, and acts as an independent business coach for The Ken Blanchard Companies, specializing in one on one executive coaching and professional coaching on the “Situational Leadership II” model. He is also a certified evaluator for 360 Degree Booth Company Task Cycle Surveys.
