- You have found that your executive responsibilities have not increased significantly which, in turn, makes you less valuable to your company.
- Employee Diversity Challenges
- You are finding it difficult to manage large numbers of staff members who are culturally and generational diverse.
- Not Attaining Targeted Business Goals
- Your ability to focus on and accomplish short and long term goals is lost through the day to day challenges.

- Current management is not performing job requirements to the level your company is seeking to achieve.
Here is what an Executive Coach Can Do for You:
- Identify and create various methods on how to balance the increased demands of today’s corporate culture in order to minimize stress and maximize productivity.
- Create an effective way to navigate corporate politics to maximize the benefit of the internal culture.
- Increase understanding and effectiveness as it pertains to managing younger or culturally diverse staff members who have demonstrated different levels of work ethics and personal values.
- Assist in creating vision, defining goals, designing a specific plan in reaching those goals, and implementing accountability to follow through on the goals.
- Speed up the learning curve of a newly hired or promoted executive which will produce increased effectiveness in a more timely manner.
- Assist the new executive in rising to corporate challenges in order to help the employee to become a more valuable asset to the company.
Our “Executive Coaching Program” includes:
- Executive coaching in which you will specifically identify what the organization or the executive wants to achieve through the coaching process.
Together with the executive coach, the executive explores in detail what exactly he or she wants to accomplish through coaching utilizing the company’s objectives as a guideline.
- The executive coach partners with the individual to identify the challenges and the opportunities as it relates to the defined goals. This may or may not include assessments and surveys.
The executive coach and the individual review what is already working in meeting the defined goals. They also identify where the challenges are and what resources are available to overcoming any obstacles.
- Together with the coach, the executive creates a plan as to what is required to meet the objective(s).
A specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time specific plan is created to meet the defined objectives. The executive coach offers accountability, so that the plan stays in alignment with the stated goal(s).
- Together, the executive coach and the individual will review how the results will be measured to ensure that the goals are being adequately met.
A system of measurement is set in place where management is responsible for identifying whether the plan is working. If it is not, it must be determined what changes have to be made to ensure the desired results will be obtained.
- Executive coaching will show you how to create an environment and a method to address the necessary changes which may need to occur outside the original plan to ensure success.
If changes to the original plan are required, the coach supports, motivates, and holds the executive accountable to make the required adjustments. Focus and discipline is promoted to maximize the executive’s performance.
- Additional add on program is offered through the Booth 360 Task Cycle Surveys for business owners, executives and managers.

Executives should seek executive coaching "when they feel that a change in behavior—either for themselves or their team members—can make a significant difference in the long-term success of the organization," says Marshall Goldsmith, a high-profile executive coach and author of eighteen books, including The Leader of the Future (Jossey-Bass, 1996).
